The other character I've included is a refuge from one of Jupiter's
moons that was destroyed for it's materials. There is a short profile on
the image' but basically he's from a race of flying people that live a more
isolated life until there home was claimed by the superpowers. I think of
Falco as entering into the Z.O.T. with the motivation of winning control of
part of the Earth which he doesn't see as being used. Alita would have
a hard time facing Falco because of his peoples innocent and free-spirit.
He is extremely evasive and instinctual and has developed some inhuman
abilities. Falco and AIita would have alot in common with their discontent
towards current powers that be and hate being controlled. I think Falco's
people the Tibokeez could fit into the storyline.
